Registration costs (registration, proceedings, coffee breaks, certificate)

For payments made before July 24.

  • Students (presentation of the official documentation of the University required): 75 euros.
  • Professional: 125 euros.

For payments made after July 24

  • Students (presentation of the official documentation of the University required): 125 euros.
  • Professional: 175 euros.

IMPORTANT!

  • In communications that are signed by more than one author, at least one must be registered at the Congress.

Fill out the registration form and send it to the address 4cilc@ub.edu

Upon payment of the registration, you will be receive confirmation of the registration by e-mail.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and shall be sent to the Secretary of the Congress via mail: 4cilc@ub.edu

Cancellation charges

  • Cancellations that occur until October 1 will not have costs.
  • Cancellations that occur until October 15 will have cost of 20%
  • Starting from October 15 cancellations shall not be refinded.
